APPLiA - Home Appliance Europe is looking for a talented Communication Intern to join its dream team for a 6-months paid internship (maternity replacement). Please note that candidates must be eligible for a Convention D’immersion Professionnelle (CIP). Location: Brussels, Belgium
APPLiA is the trade Association representing home appliance manufacturers in Europe. We have 25 Direct Members and 26 National Associations. APPLiA promotes the industry's mission to advance sustainable lifestyles, increasing appliance performance while reducing its impact on the environment. It plays an active role in the fields of sustainability, circular economy, energy efficiency, ecodesign, energy labelling, e-waste, resource management, chemicals, digital economy, trade, consumer protection, safety and standardisation.
The successful applicant will assist the Communication team in developing and implementing PR plans, managing social and digital media platforms, designing creative campaigns, preparing analytics reports and drafting content for online and offline use.
Please note that the candidates must be eligible for a Convention D’immersion Professionnelle (CIP).

APPLiA – Home Appliance Europe is looking for a talented individual with an interest for trade and digital policy to join its Digital & Competitiveness team for a 6-months paid internship, with possibility to extend. Please note that candidates must be eligible for a Convention D’immersion Professionnelle (CIP). Location: Brussels, Belgium
The successful candidate will report to the Senior Policy Director, Digital & Competitiveness and assist the team in following and advancing trade legislation such as customs, WTO and trade agreements, digital issues including data, smart living, cybersecurity, AI engaging with APPLiA members, researching and preparing APPLiA positions and maintaining the Product Information Standard.
Additional tasks include assisting with the organisation of relevant Working Groups and liaising with members, among others.
