Joint Statement: Revisions to Taxonomy, Climate, and Environmental Delegated Acts

APPLiA, alongside 15 trade associations, urges the European Parliament's ECON and ENVI Committees to adopt the European Commission's Delegated Act, which amends the Taxonomy disclosures and the climate and environmental Delegated Acts.

An objection at this late stage would create significant legal uncertainty for thousands of companies already adjusting their systems for the simplified requirements.

Timely entry into force is essential to safeguard regulatory stability, support the EU Taxonomy's credibility, and maintain the trust of companies and financial market participants.
