Industry4Europe, a coalition of 149 sector Associations representing the diversity of the EU’s industrial base, today published its new Joint Paper ‘A long-term strategy for Europe’s industrial future: from words to action’.

9 home appliance associations, representing an innovative industry on several continents and united by the IRHMA roundtable, are strong believers in the benefits of free trade and hope to de-escalate any existing trade tension.

APPLiA and another 92 European associations urge the EU Institutions to make research, development and innovation (RD&I) a priority within the next Multiannual Financial Framework 2021-2027.

To see the bigger picture of how political realities impact households’ daily lives and keep track of the development of the home appliance industry, associations representing the sector from all over the globe came together for the 6th time. 

APPLiA has created a Code of Conduct that defines a common approach for assessing, declaring and communicating on steam rates. As from 1 July the comparison of steam ironing products and their steam rate will be much easier and more comprehensive.
