Joint Industry letter on pre-charged equipment exports

11 industry associations co-sign a joint letter regarding the current interpretation of certain export provisions in the EU F-Gas Regulation.

Concretely, its Implementing Regulation (EU 1191/2014) has a negative impact on the competitiveness of EU manufacturers, as well as it hampers the export of innovative technologies.

The associations, among them APPLiA, disagree with the European Commission and call for reconsideration on its interpretation of the export provision for ‘precharged’ equipment.
